I bring over three decades of experience managing and building businesses. I have been involved in the opening of over 15 restaurants as a professional chef and operator. My background includes extensive experience in product development, inventory management, and system development.
I study tax law, bookkeeping, music, and language. I continue to enjoy cooking.
